The Digital Control Unit was unveiled early this year and so far our VB-Dealers and customers are loving the upgrade. We're proud to be the first supplier in the market to offer a system of this type. So, let us tell you a little more about our latest advancement...
What is SemiAir suspension?
Unlike a full air suspension upgrade, semi air suspension does not replace your vehicles suspension, it works along side the existing system. Air springs are fitted between the vehicle leaf spring and chassis, therefore enabling the suspension to be adjusted (within limitations) for specific purposes.
You may notice your vehicle is sagging at the back, which makes for an uncomfortable ride. Semi air keeps your van nice and level, restoring ground clearance and makes sure weight is distributed evenly throughout the vehicle.

When comparing our new and original VB-SemiAir system control units, adding and releasing pressure into the air bellows works in a similar way. However, the additional features of the new Digital Control Unit make for an impressive upgrade. Use the up arrows to add pressure (up to 3.5 bar) and then the down arrow to remove the pressure, control the air bellows together or independently.
Control your semi air suspension from the touch of a button with our new digital control unit. You can do this from your dashboard, your seat or wherever you find most suitable. Unlike the previous SemiAir gauges, no part of your dash needs to be removed to make way for the install.
New features...
Along with the sleek and modern design of the new Digital Control Unit, the systems comes with some pretty impressive features. One of our favourites is the new system backlight, allowing you to alter how bright your system display is, making it easy to adjust your air suspension at night.
The unit allows you to receive notifications, along with system faults being displayed on the control unit. Another exciting feature is being able to personalise the system completely to your preference, by adding pressure to the air bellows independently or together.
Also, you now have the opportunity to view your system history. So, if you can't remember how you had your system set up that one time, check your history!
