For any aftersales enquiry, please contact an authorised VB dealer directly. Dealers are equipped to carry out system diagnostics, repairs and servicing.

If you have a VB-FullAir system, please have your VB:ID number available when booking.

VB-Premium Dealers aim, wherever possible, to offer a diagnostic booking within 7 working days.

Please note:

  • Dealers may charge for diagnostics
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the VB warranty period, diagnostic charges may be reclaimed
  • During peak season, repair bookings may have extended lead times
  • For urgent repairs, contact alternative authorised dealers for availability

Ordering Spare Parts

Spare parts for VB systems are supplied exclusively through the authorised VB dealer network. Parts cannot be purchased directly from VB-Airsuspension UK.

To help your dealer assist you quickly, please have the following information ready:

  1. Your vehicle VIN number (visible at the base of the windscreen)
  2. Your VB owner’s card (if issued)
  3. Vehicle make, model and year
  4. A clear image of the part required
