The role
As an Insight Sales Executive, you'll support a range of activities across sales, marketing and business development.
Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you'll help identify new opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing customers and support initiatives that help drive business growth.
No two days are the same. One day you may be researching new prospects and generating leads, while the next you could be supporting a marketing campaign, assisting with customer enquiries or helping improve internal processes.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and develop a broad commercial skillset.
What you’ll be doing
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities.
- Supporting lead generation and customer outreach activities.
- Promoting VB-Airsuspension products, solutions and services.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, exhibitions and events.
- Maintaining and updating customer information within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Supporting sales administration and commercial processes.
- Working closely with sales, marketing and operations teams on business projects.
- Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Contributing ideas and initiatives that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
About you
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and keen to develop their skills.
You don't need previous experience in sales, marketing or business development. What's more important is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well with others.
You'll ideally be:
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Curious, eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
- Able to manage priorities and work effectively across multiple tasks.
- Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
