So, who are we?

Nice to meet you, we are VB-Airsuspension, lets start with our mission statement: "We create the next level in vehicle dynamics".

We help vans and specialist vehicles perform better, feel smoother and do more than they ever could before. Our suspension and levelling systems support everything from emergency services and wheelchair-accessible vehicles to campervans and motorhomes.

We’ve run the hard yards to secure approvals and partnerships with some of the world’s major vehicle manufacturers. Think Ford, Mercedes, Volkswagen and MAN to name a few! We have a global reputation for engineering to the highest levels and a customer (and staff) retention rate which is testament to our company culture and service levels.

We’re growing rapidly both internationally and the UK. VB already operate in over 60 countries worldwide and have offices in the USA to Australia, across mainland Europe and India just to name a few!

What is the role?

You’ll be tackling problems, spreading the word about VB as a brand, building long-term relationships with clients, improving how we do things, assisting the wider team to develop new business, plus plenty more.

This role combines sales, marketing, and operations, giving you a well-rounded experience and a great foundation to grow your career within the company.

You don’t need previous experience in business development, marketing, or operations, just the right mindset. If you’re curious, persuasive, resilient and detail-orientated, we’ll provide all the training and support you need

What we offer?

Starting salary is £27,000 plus bonus.

25 days annual leave (plus 8 Bank Holidays).
