What happens next?

A new ticket has been raised with our Aftersales department.

If the submission relates to a technical question the Aftersales team will forward any relevant information and/or be in direct contact if required.

If the submission relates to a non-conformity, missing part or any other issue which may require warranty case to be opened:

Where you have entered a Purchase Order to indicate the immediate requirement for a replacement part(s), if available from our UK warehouse, orders will be shipped same day for next day delivery for all submissions made before 14.00. If only available from our warehouse in Germany items may take up to 5 working days.

Please note that entering a PO will constitute an order and VB standard Terms and Conditions will apply.
